At the Appleton Estate the production of rum is a craft. Every step in the process is carefully controlled, from the selection of the varieties of sugar cane that are grown on the Estate, to the natural culture of yeast and the crystal clear water from the Estate’s spring that is used in fermentation, to our unique distillation and blending methods.
